• We installed a mail-logging server plugin, which gives you the possibility to check and troubleshoot incoming, outgoing, and not-received emails, sent to and from your domain.
• We’ve added online payments to our new shopping cart, to make invoice payment easier for you.
• We changed our email server software (from Courier to Dovecot) to increase security for your emails, by making SSL certificates applicable on a per-domain basis.
• We improved access to the control panel for your domain, where you can visit the simpler, secure, URL of https://panel.bizhosting.com.au/ and log in there.
• We introduced Website Care Plans, for worry free, peace of mind for you
• For our Website Care Plan customers, we’ve automatically updated your WordPress software (now version 5.8) and plugins, so you don’t need to (and we’ll remind you about our Awesome Support Ticket system too) 🙂

Moving on from 2021 we are putting into place plans for further enhancements to our services, phasing out some old products, adding new services, and expanding existing ones. Look out for more news early in the new year.
