We hope you’ll be taking some time to enjoy that quiet time between December 25th and January 3rd! Our Website Care and Sales teams certainly will – they will be working reduced hours during the Christmas and early January period, so that everyone can enjoy some well-earned time with their loved ones.

As another year comes to an end, we’d like to Thank You for entrusting us with your business, and to take a moment to share some highlights of the work we’ve done.
  • We’ve made PHP 8.2 available to all customers. Currently Supported Versions are 8.1 and 8.2, with 8.3 coming soon.
  • We improved access to the control panel for your domain, where you can visit the simpler, secure, URL of https://panel.bizhosting.com.au/ and log in there.
  • We updated our Website Care Plans, to give you worry free, peace of mind for your site maintenance.
  • For our Website Care Plan customers, we’ve automatically updated your WordPress software (now version 6.4) and plugins, so you don’t need to (and let us just remind you about our Awesome Support Ticket system too) 🙂

Moving on from 2023 we are putting into place plans for further enhancements to our services, phasing out some old products, adding new services, and expanding existing ones. Look out for more news early in the new year.

We wish all our supporters, friends, clients, and their families a wonderful Christmas, a very Happy New Year, and we’re looking forward to seeing you again in 2024.
