Important Update: We are upgrading your Webmail to Roundcube

On Saturday 26th September 2026 we will be upgrading our server webmail software. We are changing our default webmail provider from Horde to Roundcube.

Why is this change happening?

Horde webmail has been phased out globally by its developers and major hosting platforms. Because it no longer receives security updates, continuing to use it poses significant security risks to email infrastructure and account privacy.

What does this mean for you?

  • Your emails are completely safe: All of your past, present, and archived folders of emails are stored securely in our server’s mail directory. They will transfer automatically and will be waiting for you when you log into the new interface.
  • A modern interface: Roundcube offers a faster, more secure, and mobile-friendly design that is fully optimised for managing your inbox.
  • Contacts and Calendars: Our system database shows that address books and calendars were not actively utilised under the old system. However, if you have locally synced configurations or data you wish to double-check, please ensure you have saved them prior to the migration date.

What do you need to do?

No action is required on your part. Your email address, password, and incoming/outgoing mail settings will remain exactly the same. The next time you visit your webmail login page after the migration, you will simply see the clean, upgraded Roundcube interface.
Thank you for your understanding as we perform this essential security upgrade. If you have any questions or have any support enquiries following the switch, please reach out to our team on 0404 077 082, by email, or by raising a ticket in our Awesome Support Ticket system.
