BizHosting has Awesome Support! We’ve implemented a new Support Ticket system for our Website Care Plan customers.
With this new system, Care Plan customers can log in using their customer ID, and submit a support request directly to our Support team. If extra detail is needed, they can even attach up to 2 documents (say, screenshots) to the ticket.
We then email the ticket details, both to you the customer, and to our Support team, with the ticket’s progress tracked and recorded. (We even make available the full history of tickets, should you ever need to look back on previous requests.)
All ticket correspondence is private between yourself and our support team members.
Our team member will respond by email as soon as practicable.
